Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry
Prize(s)
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Winner will have the opportunity to choose one (1) of the following three (3) options:
a. A trip for two (2) to Las Vegas, NV for the “2021 Concacaf Gold Cup” (the “Match”). Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); three (3) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); two (2) tickets to the Match (ARV: $300.00) and $1,200.00 spending money. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $4,200.00. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Winner will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value. If in-person attendance of the Match is deemed unsafe due to causes related to COVID-19 or to any other factor, or would be in violation of any federal, state or local health guidelines in effect as of the dates of scheduled attendance, a cash substitute will be awarded. All details, including the total amount, will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If attendance of the Match is deemed safe, as set forth above, but the winner objects to in-person attendance of the Match, then the winner forfeits the prize.
b. A viewing party for winner and up to seven (7) guests. Viewing party package includes one (1) catered dinner at winner’s home (all details determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); one (1) $500.00 pre-paid card (exact prize to be determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion); one (1) $500.00 gift card to the Angry Orchard e-store and one (1) $720.00 pre-paid card that can be used to purchase a one (1) year online streaming service subscription. Terms and conditions received with delivery of pre-paid card/gift card apply. ARV: $3,220.00.
c. A $2,500.00 check. ARV: $2,500.00.
