Eligibility
Ashley Furniture Tom and Jerry Sweepstakes is open to: legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) and the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older, and who reside within fifty (50) miles of a U.S. Ashley HomeStore as measured using Google Maps driving directions (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) all at the time of entry and prize claim.
