Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, an individual must:

• be a legal resident of and physically located in: (i) one of the fifty (50) United States (excluding residents of or those located in Florida, New York, Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Territories and Possessions), or (ii) the District of Columbia; and
• be at least the age of majority in their state or district of residency.

How to Enter

To enter this Promotion, persons eligible to enter the Promotion are to log on to https://www.cat.com/en_US/campaigns/event/conexpo-2023/con-agg-sweepstakes.html (the “Promotion Website”), to complete and submit the Promotion entry form with such person’s full legal name, complete mailing address, e-mail address, daytime telephone number, and such additional information requested by the entry form on the Promotion Website. 

Prize(s)

The Prize consists of the following: (i) two (2) tickets to CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2023 event in Las Vegas, Nevada, March 14-18, 2023 (“CONEXPO-CON”); (ii) round trip airfare transportation for two (2) individuals to Las Vegas, Nevada to attend CONEXPO-CON; (iii) a two-night stay in one (1) dual occupancy room at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada to attend CONEXPO-CON; (iv) transportation from the airport to Caesar’s Palace on the date of the Winner’s arrival in Las Vegas and from Caesar’s Palace to the airport on the date of the Winner’s departure; and (v) one (1) visa gift card with a balance of up to one thousand and 00/100 U.S. Dollars ($1,000.00).

The total aggregate approximate value of the Prize being awarded in this Promotion is Five Thousand and 00/100 U.S. Dollars ($5,000.00)
