This Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who (i) are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and (ii) who are 18 years of age (or the age of majority in the entrant’s state of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry.

A trip to the iHeartRadio Music Awards in Los Angeles for the prize winner and one (1) eligible guest to attend the iHeartRadio Music Awards in Los Angeles, CA

• Domestic roundtrip airfare for the prize winner and one (1) eligible guest between the major metropolitan airport nearest prize winner’s primary residence and (in the event of any dispute, airport shall be as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to destination airport for Los Angeles – iHeartRadio Music Awards
