DIRECTV Big Game Sweepstakes

Eligibility

To be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes you must, as of November 2, 2022 be: (i) an existing DIRECTV or DIRECTV STREAM customer (excludes U-verse TV customers) with an account in “good-standing” as determined by DIRECTV in its sole discretion; and (ii) a U.S. citizen or U.S. resident alien who is physically located in one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and who is at least 18 years of age at time of entry.

How to Enter

Visit https://sweepstakes.directv.com/biggame and (i) complete all required fields on the Sweepstakes Entry Form including agreeing to the Official Rules and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy; and (ii) submit as requested to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Prize(s)

Grand Prize: One (1) grand prize winner (“Grand Prize winner”) will receive a trip to the big game in Phoenix, AZ (“Destination”) for winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) on or about February 11, 2023 through February 13, 2023 but subject to change in Sponsor’s sole discretion. The prize includes: (i) round trip coach class air transportation for the Grand Prize winner and (1) Guest which shall originate from an airport of Sponsor’s choice near winner’s primary residence in the US to Destination; (ii) two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations in Phoenix which will be one (1) standard room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips, gratuities, and other incidentals and costs are not included.) Hotel location subject to change at Sponsor’s sole discretion; (iii) roundtrip ground transportation for the winner and (1) Guest, to be taken together, between airport and hotel in Destination; (iv) two (2) tickets to the big game on February 12, 2023 at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, AZ (seat location and all details to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor); (v) two (2) Big Game gift bags; (vi) one (1) $1000 bank gift card (gift card to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor; winner is subject to the terms and the conditions of the bank gift card); (vii) $3,317 issued in the form of a check in the Grand Prize winner’s name which may be used by the Grand Prize winner to offset his or her income taxes (or a portion of his or her income taxes) incurred when accepting the Grand Prize (referred to as the “Grand Prize, the “Prize”, or “Prizes”.) Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for the difference between $3,317 and actual income taxes incurred. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $13,367.00.

First Prizes: There will be ten (10) First Prize winners (“First Prize Winners”). First Prize Winners will be awarded the following prizes. Which of the following prizes each First Prize Winner receives will be determined according to a random drawing.

(ii) Four (4) first prize winners will receive one (1) food delivery service eGift Card. (Terms and Conditions apply to all eGift Cards). The ARV of this first prize is $500.00.

(iii) Four (4) first prize winners will receive one (1) autographed football merchandise item. The ARV of this first prize is $500.00.

The total ARV of all first prizes is $5,000.00.

The total ARV of all prizes awarded is $18,367.00.
