Grand Prize (1): Trip for Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest to attend the 2016 Food Network & Cooking Channel South Beach Wine and Food Festival scheduled to occur on February 25, 2016 through February 28, 2016 in Miami, Florida. Travel dates: February 25, 2016 – February 29, 2016. Grand Prize winner and guest must be able to travel on the dates specified by Sponsor; no alternate dates available. Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation (from major airport near Grand Prize winner’s home within the 48 contiguous United States in Sponsor’s sole discretion), one (1) double-occupancy hotel room for four (4) nights (room and tax only), tickets to various events at the festival (choice of events is at Sponsor’s sole discretion), ground transportation to/from airport, hotel and festival while in Miami, gift bag (contents to be determined by Sponsor at a later date, in Sponsor’s sole discretion) and $1,000 spending money (awarded in the form of a check, payable to the Grand Prize winner). Ground transportation from Grand Prize winner’s home to Miami, Florida will be provided in lieu of air transportation if Grand Prize winner lives within 150 miles of Miami, Florida, at Sponsor’s discretion. In the event that the festival or any other prize-related event is postponed or canceled for any reason, Sponsor will not be responsible for awarding that portion of the Grand Prize and no substitution or compensation will be provided. The remainder of the Grand Prize package will be awarded. All Grand Prize related events are subject to change at any time in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value: $5,800.
