Disney Vacation Club Stay Play Sail Sweepstakes

Eligibility

Disney Vacation Club Stay Play Sail Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically located in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older, or age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older, as of date of Entry.

How to Enter

To enter the Sweepstakes, during the Entry Period, visit the Sweepstakes website at www.StayPlaySailSweeps.com (“Website”) and select whether or not you are a Disney Vacation Club® Member.

Prize(s)

One (1) prize winner (“Winner”) will receive a Disney Cruise Line vacation package and a Riviera Resort vacation package (collectively, the “Prize”) consisting of the following:

1. Riviera Resort: The Riviera Resort vacation package shall consist of the following: (a) round-trip coach airfare for the Winner and up to three (3) guests between a major gateway airport closest to the Winner’s residence (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion) and the Orlando International Airport; provided, however, if the Winner resides within 250 miles of the Walt Disney World^® Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, airfare will not be provided; (b) round-trip ground transfers for the Winner and up to three (3) guests between the Orlando International Airport and the Walt Disney World^® Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida; (c) one (1) one-bedroom villa (with a maximum capacity of four (4) people) for four (4) nights at Disney’s Riviera Resort; and (d) four (4) 5-day Walt Disney World^® Resort theme park tickets with Park Hopper^® Option. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Riviera Resort vacation package is Ten Thousand, Four Hundred Sixty-Seven and 00/100 ($10,467.00). Actual value of the Riviera Resort vacation package depends on the date/time of arrival, number of guests, and fluctuation of airfare and hotel rates; any difference between the stated ARV and actual value will not be provided.
2. Disney Cruise Line: The Disney Cruise Line vacation package shall consist of the following: (a) roundtrip coach airfare for the Winner and up to three (3) guests between a major gateway airport closest to the Winner’s residence (as determined by Disney Cruise Line in its sole discretion) and the Orlando International Airport; provided, however, if the Winner resides within 250 miles of the Port Canaveral, Florida, airfare will not be provided; (b) roundtrip ground transportation or voucher(s) for local ground transportation service for the Winner and up to three (3) guests between Orlando International Airport and the Walt Disney World^® Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, (at the discretion of Disney Cruise Line); (c) one (1) standard room with a maximum occupancy of four (4) persons at a Walt Disney World^® Resort hotel (resort selection at the discretion of Disney Cruise Line) for one (1) night prior to the ship’s departure: (d) round-trip ground transportation or voucher(s) for local round-trip ground transportation for the Winner and up to three (3) guests from the Walt Disney World Resort to Port Canaveral, Florida, and from Port Canaveral, Florida to the Orlando International Airport (at the discretion of Disney Cruise Line); (e) one (1) stateroom aboard the Disney Wish (location/category at the discretion of Disney Cruise Line) with a maximum occupancy of four (4) persons for a three (3) night cruise; (f) all meals onboard the Disney Wish (excluding specialty Dining); (g) pre-paid onboard gratuities for the stateroom host/hostess, dining room server, assistant server and head server; and (h) taxes, fees, and Port Expenses (as defined on the Disney Cruise Line website). ARV of the Disney Cruise Line vacation package is Nine Thousand One Hundred Ten Dollars and 00/100 ($9,110.00)
