Frito-Lay Countdown to CrunchTime Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of any of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (nineteen [19] years of age or older if a resident of Alabama or Nebraska) at the time of participation.
Prize(s)
There will be a total of four (4) potential winners, one (1) per Week. Each winner will receive one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) in the form of a check, payable to winner. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) per Prize: $100,000.00. Total ARV of all Prizes: $400,000.00.
