The Fuel Partnerships Upgrade Your Summer Sweepstakes will award one Grand Prize Winner the opportunity to select 1 of 100 sealed envelopes to reveal one of the following prizes: 1 envelope will contain $50,000 and 99 envelopes will contain $1,000.
Eligibility
Fuel Partnerships Upgrade Your Summer Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least Eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in the state you reside, whichever is older at the time of entry.
How to Enter
During the Sweepstakes Period, visit www.upgrade-your-summer.com and complete the registration form with all required information, agree to the Official Rules and submit (“Entry”).

One (1) Grand Prize: Winner will receive the following:
Winner will have the opportunity to select one (1) of one hundred (100) sealed envelopes to see if the selected envelope reveals one of the following Prizes:
- One (1) envelope to contain $50,000 payable by check in the name of the winner. Odds of winning 1:100
- Ninety-nine (99) envelopes will contain $1,000 payable by check in the name of the winner. Odds of winning 1:1.01
Ten (10) Second Prizes: Each winner receives one (1) $100 Wal-Mart® Gift Card. Terms and conditions of the Gift Card apply. ARV $100 each.
Approximate retail value of all Prizes up to $51,000.
