Eligibility

This Sweepstakes is offered and open to persons who are: (a) legal residents of the United States, Puerto Rico or Canada (excluding Quebec); (b) at least 18 years old or age of majority, whichever is older in their state of residence, at the date of entry in this Sweepstakes.

How to Enter

To receive an entry into the Sweepstakes, users need to: (i) access, during the Promotion Period, the Sweepstakes application found on the CBSI Service, (accessible at either https//:gamespot.com/tcl-ps4-giveaway or https//: cnet.com/tcl-ps4-giveaway); (ii) sign up for the Sweepstakes by providing name and email address; (iii) become a Registered User; (iv) agree to these Official Rules; and (v) hit the "Submit" button. For purposes of these Official Rules, "Registered User" means a person who successfully completes the Sweepstakes entry form on the CBSI Service, which includes becoming a registered user of the CNET website and accepting receipt of the (a) CNET Insider Newsletter; (b) CNET Now Newsletter; (c) GameSpot Report Newsletter and the (d) GameSpot Deals Newsletter. There is no cost to register to the CNET website and/or to receive such newsletter(s), and participants can unsubscribe from receiving the newsletter(s) at any time.

Prize(s)

The Sweepstakes will award one (1) grand Prize (the "Grand Prize"), one (1) first prize (the "First Prize") and two (2) second prizes (the "Second Prizes"). The Grand Prize consists of one (1) TCL 6-series 65-inch TV; one (1) PS4 bundle and one (1) NERF Fortnite AR-L Elite Dart Blaster. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is One Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars (US$1,800.00). The First Prize consists of one (1) Nintendo Classic Mini and one (1) NERF Fortnite AR-L Elite Dart Blaster. The ARV of the First Prize is One Hundred Twenty Dollars (US$120.00). Each Second Prize consists of one (1) Fortnite TS-R Super Soaker Water Blaster. Each Second Prize has an ARV of Twenty Dollars (US$20.00). Total ARV of all Prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes is One Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Dollars (US$1,960.00).
