Gatorade Fuel Community Contest & Instant Win Game

Eligibility

Gatorade Fuel Community Contest is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry.

How to Enter

Eligible individuals (“Entrant”) can enter the Contest by posting a video that demonstrates or communicates how Gatorade can work alongside Entrant to be an agent for positive change and create lasting impact in their community with the hashtag #GatoradeContest in the caption (“Fuel Community Story Submission”) to their TikTok or Instagram (“Social Media”) page during the Contest Submission Period.

Entry Requirements for each Fuel Community Story Submission:

• Hashtags and uploads must be in English.
• The Video submission must be no more than 3 minutes long.
• Submission must include the hashtag #GatoradeContest in the caption.
• Each Fuel Community Story Submission must be unique. Same video cannot be used more than one time throughout Contest Period.
• The person who owns the handle from which a Fuel Community Story Submission is submitted will be considered the Entrant.
• The video/story submitted must be the submitter’s own original work.
• Entrant must obtain the rights from all individuals depicted or mentioned in the video/story (or their parents/legal guardians if such individuals are deemed minors in the jurisdictions in which they reside).
• Fuel Community Story Submission can not include any music or lyrics.
• Fuel Community Story Submission may not contain obscene or indecent content (including but not limited to nudity or profanity); it must not contain lewd or pornographic material; it must not contain defamatory statements (including but not limited to words or symbols that are widely considered offensive to individuals of a certain race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation or socioeconomic group); it must not include threats to any person, place, business, group or world peace; it must not invade privacy or other rights of any person, firm or entity, and it must not in any other way violate applicable laws and regulations or standards.
• Fuel Community Story Submission must not feature or reference any commercial products and/or company trademarks, logos, brands or endorsements (including third party logos on street scenes, panoramic views, vehicle license plates, clothing such as t-shirts, hats, etc.) except those owned by Sponsor.
  Fuel Community Story Submissions must not contain any copyrighted or third-party intellectual materials (e.g., artwork, designs, names, etc.).

Prize(s)

FINALIST PRIZES: There will be seven (7) Finalist Prizes awarded. Each Finalist Prize consists of one (1) sports utility backpack, fourteen (14) t-shirts, fourteen (14) sweatshirts, fourteen (14) towels, one (1) Gx Smart Bottle, one (1) pair of Bluetooth earbuds and $290 awarded in the form of a check. Approximate Retail Value of each Finalist Prize: (“ARV”): $1,254.99

GRAND PRIZES: Three (3) Grand Prizes will be awarded, . Each Grand Prize consists of One (1) Sports utility backpack, fourteen (14) t-shirts, fourteen (14) sweatshirts, fourteen (14) towels featuring, one (1) Gx Smart Bottle, one (1) pair of Bluetooth earbuds, one (1) smart watch and designated band, one (1) mini handheld percussive device, one (1) Gatorade pallet drop, five (5) gift cards to designated store valued at $450 and $1,545 awarded in the form of a check. Approximate Retail Value of each Grand Prize: (“ARV”): $6,687.99
