KILZ and BEHR Ultimate Pro Van Contest is a trade promotion offered in the 48 contiguous United States including D.C., excluding Alaska and Hawaii (“U.S.”) only to professional painters/painting contractors (defined below) who are legal U.S. residents physically residing in the U.S., 18 or older at time of entry.
