Approximate retail value of each First Prize is up to $4,070.
Actual retail values may vary based on the items chosen, and with respect to the Sandals or Beaches Resorts “Test
Drive” stay, the selected property and/or travel dates. The Grand Prize and First Prizes are not transferable or assignable,
or redeemable for cash or any other consideration [except that gift card(s)] may be used in accordance with their terms.
Gift card is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used for ATM cash withdrawals), and no substitutions will be allowed
except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value or nature if advertised prize
items are not available. The Grand Prize and First Prize winners are responsible for compliance with all applicable federal,
state, and/or local laws and regulations, including, without limitation, the payment of all applicable taxes.
Bridal gowns are subject to a value limit of $2,000 each, including taxes and other payments. Simon G. “his and her”
wedding bands are subject to a total value limit of $5,000, including taxes and other payments. Availability of certain
dresses and ring sizes, colors, styles etc. is not guaranteed, and such prizes do not include and may not be applied to
alterations, resizing rush charges or custom changes.
The Sandals or Beaches Resorts “Test Drive” stay includes accommodation at one (1) of any of the fifteen (15) Sandals
Resorts or three (3) Beaches Resorts for two (2) adults (Grand Prize winner and his or her fiancé/spouse about whom the
proposal Story is written only) for three (3) days/ two (2) nights’ stay, subject to space availability and blackout dates. One
week prior to all major U.S. holidays, during all major U.S. holidays, and one week after all major US holidays are blacked
out from redeeming the “Test Drive” at any Sandals or Beaches Resorts portion of the Grand Prize. Other blackout dates
and restrictions may apply. Reservations may be altered or withdrawn at Sandals or Beaches Resort’s discretion at any
time without notice. Sandals or Beaches Resorts is not responsible for errors or omissions. Guest of Grand Prize winner
must travel at the same time and share the same room with the Grand Prize winner. No additional persons are allowed to
stay in the same room as the winner and the guest expressly described above. Sandals or Beaches Resorts “Test Drive”
stay prize is not eligible for “Test Drive” credit, current sales promotions or other offers. One (1) additional night may be
added, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, at the current available rate during the “Test Drive” stay travel period, subject to
availability. Airfare, transportation and travel insurance are not included. Grand Prize winner and guest must possess
valid travel documents (i.e., valid photo ID, passport) in order to travel. Grand Prize winner and guest must be age 21 or
older and must execute a Release of Liability prior to travel. Travel with respect to the Sandals or Beaches Resorts “Test
Drive” stay prize item must be redeemed by November 1, 2016 and completed by December 20, 2016. Extensions on
travel will not be permitted. “Test Drive” stay is void if not redeemed and completed by the dates specified herein.
Confirmation of travel dates will only be provided 30 days prior to the departure date. All expenses not specifically
provided herein are the responsibility of the winner, including without limitation, airfare, incidental charges, gratuities, and
ground transportation. Without limiting the foregoing, telephone calls, Red Lane® Spa treatments and services, specialty
dining, tours & excursions, inter-island transportation, SCUBA certification courses, island departure taxes and purchases
made at the Sandals or Beaches Specialty Shops are not included. “Test Drive” stay must be redeemed directly through
Unique Travel Corp., the worldwide representative of Sandals and Beaches Resorts.
NFL Grand Prize tickets will be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. NFL First Prize tickets are for the 2016 NFL
regular season only, and must be requested and redeemed in accordance with NFL and Sponsor specifications and time
limits. Extensions will not be permitted. NFL tickets do not include travel or any other expenses.
