Eligibility

Lays Grocery Giveaway is open only to legal residents of Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, or Wyoming, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (nineteen [19] years of age or older

How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, purchase any bag of eligible LAY’S® potato chip products (7.5 oz or larger.) or Lay’s Poppables® potato snacks (5 oz.) and look for the Combined Code. A Combined Code consists of the bell-marker code located below the “guaranteed fresh” statement on the front of the bag and the UPC code on the back of the same bag (“Combined Code”). To obtain a Combined Code without making a purchase, send a 3″ x 5″ card with your full name, address, city, state, zip code, date of birth, and email address to be received by August 31, 2020 to: Lay’s® Grocery Giveaway Combined Code Request, PO Box 2334, Addison, TX 75001. The Combined Code will be emailed to the email address listed on the 3” x 5” card. Limit one (1) free Combined Code request per stamped-outer envelope. Sponsor and Promotion Parties are not responsible for illegible, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, postage-due, incomplete, unintelligible or undelivered mail or Combined Code Requests or Combined Codes.

Upon obtaining a Combined Code and during the Sweepstakes Period, visit laysgrocerygiveway.com (“Web Site”) and follow the instructions to register (which may include without limitation: first and last name (initials are not permitted), valid e-mail address, complete mailing address (P.O. Boxes are not permitted), date of birth, telephone number, and affirmation that you are at least eighteen (18) years old (19 if Nebraska resident) and have read and agree to be bound by these Official Rules), and then input your Combined Code and select where you purchased. Upon successful submission of the registration information and Combined Code, you will then receive one (1) entry (“Entry”) into the Sweepstakes. By registering for the Sweepstakes, you are opting in to receive communications relating to the Sweepstakes.

Prize(s)

Thirteen (13) Grand Prizes will be awarded via the Grand Prize Drawing (one (1) per Retail Division). Each Grand Prize includes ‘Free groceries for a year’ which consists of a $5,200 Albertsons gift card awarded to each of the thirteen (13) winners. Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of all Grand Prizes: $67,600.

One hundred thirty (130) Secondary Prizes Awarded (ten (10) per Retail Division). Each Secondary Prize includes ‘Free Lay’s® for a Year’ awarded in the form of fifty-two (52) coupons; each redeemable for one (1) bag of LAY’S® Potato Chips (up to a value of $3.79) (ARV of Secondary Prize: $197.08). Total ARV of all Secondary Prizes: $25,620.40.
