McDonald’s Hop Aboard to Win Sweepstakes

How to Enter

A. Scan/Enter The Code Found With The Toy In Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway Themed Happy Meal Boxes:
One code (each a “Code”) can be found on the Game Ticket packed with the toy in Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway themed Happy Meal boxes between November 17, 2020, and December 14, 2020, or until supplies are exhausted, whichever occurs first. If Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway toys and/or specially-marked boxes run out, they may not be resupplied. Each Code must be scanned/entered in the App or at the Website during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Each Code is unique and is valid for one-time use for one entry into the Sweepstakes.

To scan or enter Codes, you must create a Hop Aboard to Win account for this Sweepstakes (“Account”) in the App or on the Website by completing and submitting the requested information. There is a limit of one Account per Participant.

(i) Enter Via The McDonald’s App: Install the free McDonald’s App on a supported iOS or Android device (each a “Digital Device”) if you do not already have it. (Compatibility requires iOS 10+ or later or Android 5.0+. Data rates may apply. Use of the McDonald’s App is subject to the Terms & Conditions for the McDonald’s App, which can be found by clicking on “More” in the footer bar, then clicking on “Careers, Contact & Legal” and on “Terms & Conditions.”) Once done, during the Sweepstakes Entry Period, click on the “Hop Aboard to Win” promotion card in the App and follow the steps to complete the Sweepstakes sign-up process. Participants will also have the option to opt-in for marketing communications, however, opting in will not improve the chances of winning. Once registered for the Sweepstakes, each time a Participant returns to enter the Sweepstakes, they may be requested to log in with the mail address and password used during initial signup for the Sweepstakes.

Once logged into your Account during the Sweepstakes Entry Period, to receive a Sweepstakes Entry, click on “Scan Code” to scan the 2D-barcode; or to enter the 12-digit alphanumeric Code found packed with the toy in the Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway themed Happy Meal box, click on “Scan Code” then “Add Code Manually”. Once the Code is successfully scanned or entered and validated by the system, the Participant will receive a message indicating that he/she has received one entry into the Sweepstakes.

(ii) Enter At The Website: To participate, visit the Website during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Participants who haven’t already completed the sign-up process for the Sweepstakes must follow the steps to complete the Sweepstakes sign-up process to create an Account. Opting in for marketing communications will not improve the chances of winning the Sweepstakes. Once registered for the Sweepstakes, click on “Add Code” to manually enter a valid Code to receive a Sweepstakes Entry. Once the Code is entered and successfully validated by the system, the Participant will receive a message indicating that he/she has received one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Each time a Participant returns to enter the Sweepstakes, he/she may be requested to log in with his/her email address and enter the password used during initial signup for the Sweepstakes.

B. Enter Without Making A Purchase: To receive one (1) Sweepstakes Entry without making a purchase (“AMOE”), mail a piece of paper on which you have legibly handwritten your first and last name, street address, city, state, ZIP Code and a daytime telephone number, place the piece of paper in an envelope and send to: Hop Aboard to Win Sweepstakes Entry, P.O. Box 49248, Strongsville, OH 44149-0248. Mailing envelope must include a return address in the upper left corner that matches the entrant’s street address, must be postmarked by January 19, 2021, and must be received by January 25, 2021. Each Sweepstakes Entry must be mailed in a separate, stamped outer mailing envelope. For each eligible Sweepstakes Entry timely received by this method, the entrant will receive one Sweepstakes Entry.

Prize(s)

Fifteen (15) “Grand Prizes”: Each Grand Prize includes a five-day, four-night vacation for the winner and three guests to Walt Disney World® Resort near Orlando, Florida. Grand Prize consists solely of round-trip, economy-class air travel for the winner and three guests, round-trip ground transfers between Orlando International Airport and hotel, four nights’ hotel accommodations (Value Resort level, one room with two queen beds) in Sponsor’s sole selection; four One-Day One Park tickets for winner and each guest, each valid for admission to one theme park for one day (Magic Kingdom® Park, Epcot®, Disney’s Hollywood Studios® and Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Park) and $750 total in Disney Gift Card eGifts (subject to restrictions; visit DisneyGiftCard.com for complete terms and conditions), and a check for $3,280 that winner can use for taxes or in his/her sole discretion. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $10,985.

Total ARV of all Grand Prizes is $164,775.
