Prize (1): The prize is a trip for two (2) people (winner and adult guest) to attend an AMG Driving Academy Beginner Course (“Prize”). Winner will be able to choose from the following four (4) AMG Driving Academy locations (subject to availability): Laguna Seca in Salinas, California; Road Atlanta in Braselton, Georgia; Circuit of the Americas in Austin, Texas; or Lime Rock Park in Lakeville, Connecticut. Dates of travel are based on availability of the AMG Driving Academy Beginner Course at each respective location (visit https://amgacademy.com/schedule for schedule availability). Trip includes: round-trip coach class air transportation for the winner and guest from a major commercial airport near the winner’s residence to the airport near the city that winner selected (airports selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion); two (2) nights hotel standard accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room/double occupancy); round-trip ground transportation between airport and hotel in the Prize destination city only and to and from the AMG Driving Academy; attendance at the AMG Driving Academy Beginner Course, and $500 spending money. The Prize also includes a $2,576.00 check (the “Cash Payment”) which is intended to help offset, but not eliminate, any federal and state income tax obligations related to the acceptance of the Prize.
The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $9,566.
