PORTER-CABLE – Ultimate Tradesman Win A Truck Sweepstakes

Grand Prize will be comprised of one (1) 2016 Ford® F150 truck (“Ford® truck”), an assortment of PORTER-CABLE products (to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) having a total approximate retail value of $1,000, and to help offset any tax-related expenses the Grand Prize Winner may incur in connection with receiving the Grand Prize, a check in the amount of $7,500. The cost to Sponsor of the Ford® truck awarded shall not exceed $42,500, based on MSRP. IN THE EVENT THE FORD® TRUCK RECEIVED BY THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER IS LESS THAN $42,500, THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER WILL NOT RECEIVE THE BALANCE IN CASH, CREDIT OR OTHERWISE. In order for the Grand Prize Winner to receive the $7,500 check, the Grand Prize Winner must have accepted, claimed and taken possession of the Ford® truck and the PORTER-CABLE products OR THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER WILL FORFEIT THE $7,500 CHECK.

Weekly Prize: The Weekly Prizes are described in Section 4 above. Sponsor will mail the Weekly Prize to the respective Weekly Prize Winner approximately 6 to 8 weeks after Sponsor has received the Winner’s Affidavit from the Weekly Prize Winner, per these Official Rules. The Weekly Prize will be mailed to Weekly Prize Winner’s street address in USA (cannot mail to a p. o. box) via regular ground mail. Income and other taxes, if any, on the Weekly Prize are the sole responsibility of each Weekly Prize Winner.
