Eligibility
Wheel of Fortune HSN/HSN+ Shopping Spree Giveaway is open only to permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) states of the U.S. and D.C. (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions), who are currently physically located and residing therein, and who are of the age of majority or older in the jurisdiction in which they reside as of May 15, 2023.

Five (5) Daily Sweepstakes Prizes (one (1) daily sweepstakes prize for each of the five (5) daily sweepstakes). Each daily sweepstakes prize consists of a $10,000 HSN shopping spree that is awarded via an electronic gift card (in the form of a gift card number emailed to each respective daily sweepstakes prize winner). Each respective daily sweepstakes prize winner must convert their gift card to Spendable Ka$h (at a 1:1 rate with the USD) in their HSN account. Spendable KA$H is a special HSN credit earned through promotions and item returns which can be used for future orders placed online or by phone. Spendable KA$H can be applied to the entire purchase amount, including shipping, on the order review page during checkout. If any daily sweepstakes prize winner does not have an HSN account, they can register for free by accessing www.HSN.com and following the online instructions to create an account. The Spendable Ka$h expires seven hundred and thirty (730) days after issuance. Any individual whose HSN or HSN+ customer account or QRG Companies customer account is not in good standing, has been closed and/or not reinstated by Promotion Partner is ineligible to enter or win a prize. Without limiting any terms herein, Sponsor and Promotion Partner reserve the absolute right to disqualify and not award a prize to any person if they reasonably believe their Sweepstakes Entry is not in the spirit of the Sweepstakes or is not compliant herewith, or awarding a prize to any person may cause public disrepute, scandal or embarrassment or may have a detrimental impact on Sponsor, Promotion Partner, or any of their respective brands, products or services. Odds of winning a daily sweepstakes prize depend upon the total number of eligible Sweepstakes Entries received for that daily sweepstakes. One (1) Overall Prize: The overall prize consists of one (1) Wheel of Fortune sherpa (ARV: US$80); one (1) Wheel of Fortune backpack (ARV: US$50); one (1) Wheel of Fortune t-shirt (ARV: US$20); one (1) Sheldon bobblehead (ARV: $US20); one (1) Wheel of Fortune hat (ARV: US$20); one (1) Wheel of Fortune sports bottle (ARV: US$10); one (1) Wheel of Fortune travel mug (ARV: US$10); one (1) Wheel of Fortune playing cards deck (ARV: US$5); one (1) Wheel of Fortune cooler (ARV: US$5); one (1) Wheel of Fortune pop socket (ARV: US$4); and one (1) Wheel of Fortune pen (ARV: US$2). ARV of the overall prize: US$226.00. Overall prize will only be awarded to one (1) of the daily sweepstakes prize winners. Odds of a daily sweepstakes prize winner winning the overall prize are 1:5. Items not specifically mentioned as being included as part of a prize are the sole responsibility of each prize winner including, but not limited to, all other costs and expenses not otherwise mentioned herein. The prize restrictions/conditions stated herein are not all-inclusive and may be subject to additional restrictions/conditions, which may be stated in the Affidavit/Release (described below).
