Wheel of Fortune XL Vacay and $40K Giveaways

Eligibility

Wheel of Fortune XL Vacay and $40K Giveaways is open only to permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) states of the U.S. and D.C. and Canada (excluding Quebec, Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions) who are currently physically located and residing therein, who are of the age of majority or older in the jurisdiction in which he/she resides as of August 14, 2022.

Prize(s)

i. For the SPIN ID Sweepstakes, if the Show is playing teams, only a single cash prize will be awarded in the applicable SPIN ID Sweepstakes for that particular Show. At no time will more than one (1) cash prize be awarded in a SPIN ID Sweepstakes for a given Show. Only one (1) winner per SPIN ID Sweepstakes per Show will be selected as described below. Cash prizes will be potentially awarded every Show, however, the fulfillment of said prize is subject to eligibility verification as further described in section 7. There is the possibility that up to six (6) cash prizes will be awarded for the SPIN ID Sweepstakes (one (1) for each Show Period). Each cash prize will be $40,000 USD awarded in the form of a check made out in the name of the winner. Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all SPIN ID Sweepstakes prizes is up to $240,000 USD.

ii. For the Daily Sweepstakes, six (6) daily prizes (one (1) daily prize for each Daily Sweepstakes) will be awarded. Each verified Daily Sweepstakes prize consists of a trip for each daily sweepstakes prize winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to a different location as detailed below. Each daily sweepstakes prize also includes round-trip coach-class air transportation from a major gateway airport near each daily sweepstakes prize winner’s residence in the fifty (50) states of the U.S. or D.C. or Canada to their respective trip destination (daily sweepstakes prize winner is responsible for transportation to/from the major gateway airport and air transportation may include one (1) or more stops), and $5,000 USD spending cash

• The daily sweepstakes prize for Monday, September 12th, 2022 will consist of a trip to the Bahamas for six (6) nights and includes standard hotel accommodations at Atlantis Paradise Island (single room, double occupancy), Dolphin Cay Dip N’Discover experience for winner and Guest, and taxes and resort fees. Total ARV of the Monday, September 12th, 2022 sweepstakes prize is $12,000.00 USD.
• The daily sweepstakes prize for Tuesday, September 13th, 2022 will consist of a trip to Sint Maarten for seven (7) nights and includes one (1) bedroom oceanfront suite at Oyster Bay Beach Resort (single room, double occupancy). Total ARV of the Tuesday, September 13th, 2022 sweepstakes prize is $11,600.00 USD.
• The daily sweepstakes prize for Wednesday, September 14th, 2022 will consist of a trip to Barbados for six (6) nights and includes one (1) superior oceanfront room at The Club, Barbados Resort & Spa (single room, double occupancy). Total ARV of the Wednesday, September 14th, 2022 sweepstakes prize is $13,180.00 USD.
• The daily sweepstakes prize for Thursday, September 15th, 2022 will consist of a trip to Kauai for six (6) nights and includes one (1) ocean view guest room at Ko’a Kea Hotel & Resort (single room, double occupancy), daily breakfast, and taxes and resort fees. Total ARV of the Thursday, September 15th, 2022 sweepstakes prize is $15,000.00 USD.
• The daily sweepstakes prize for Friday, September 16th, 2022 will consist of a trip to Costa Rica for six (6) nights and includes standard hotel accommodations at Punta Islita, Autograph Collection (single room, double occupancy). Total ARV of the Friday, September 16th, 2022 sweepstakes prize is $11,500.00 USD.
• The daily sweepstakes prize for Monday, October 24th, 2022 will consist of a trip to Costa Rica for six (6) nights and includes ‘Volcano Vista’ accommodations at The Springs Resort & Spa – Arenal, Costa Rica (single room, double occupancy), and nightly dinner for winner and Guest. Total ARV of the Monday, October 24th, 2022 sweepstakes prize is $13,000.00 USD.
